Hourly rates are billable in tenth hour increments and invoices are issued weekly.  Hourly rates are generally all inclusive of reasonable document related expenses such as printing, copying and scanning. 

Medical Record Review Summary/Chronology:  $150/hr or $4.00 per page

Deposition Summary:  $150/hr or $4.00 per page

Employment Record Review Summary/Chronology:  $150/hr or $4.00 per page

Trial Paralegal:  $150/hr

Senior Trial Paralegal:  $250/hr

Trial Consultant:  $250/hr

Litigation Strategy Consultant:  $250/hr

Training on most software:  $250/hr

Transcript Synchronization (ASCII to Audio or Video):  $75/video hr

Black and White copy/print project: $0.12 per page

Litigation or Trial Lawyer:  rates available upon request
