Amanda Slyter provides attorneys with litigation and trial consulting and paralegal services for all case types.  
She has experience working in civil and criminal jury trials in both state and federal courts. Her primary focus is on case development and trial strategy while assisting attorneys with high-profile white-collar criminal and complex civil jury trials.

​Amanda Slyter provides paralegal services directly to attorneys on an "as needed" basis in all phases of litigation and trial.  As a result, you can expect the utmost dedication.  In addition, she specializes in White Collar criminal and complex civil jury trials and will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your trials run as smoothly as possible.

  • Preparation and organization of outlines, notebooks, exhibits, and exhibit lists for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Trial:
  • Courtroom and war room set up and break down
  • Revise outlines and maintain trial notebooks
  • Maintain exhibit lists and binders
  • Communicate with clients, local counsel, and courts
  • Take trial notes and track admitted exhibits 
  • Coordinate with the court reporter for daily rough drafts and final transcripts
  • Confer daily with the law clerk on the daily admitted exhibits
  • Prepare jury binders
  • Reconcile admitted exhibits list and jury binders with opposing counsel before submission to the jury
  • Coordinate daily deliveries, lunches, and snacks for the trial team
