Courtroom and war room set up and break down
Revise outlines and maintain trial notebooks
Maintain exhibit lists and binders
Communicate with clients, local counsel, and courts
Take trial notes and track admitted exhibits 
Coordinate with the court reporter for daily rough drafts and final transcripts
Confer daily with the law clerk on the daily admitted exhibits
Prepare jury binders
Reconcile admitted exhibits list and jury binders with opposing counsel before submission to the jury
Coordinate daily deliveries, lunches, and snacks for the trial team

TRIAL - Keith

Hot Seat:     Presentation of evidence using Oncue, Trial Director, Sanction II, PowerPoint, Visionary, Elmo, flip charts and poster boards for arbitrations, CLE's, employee training, hearings, mediations and trials.

Trial Technology Consulting:  Courtroom technology, animations, audio/visual, graphic design, trial support & presentation, video clips & editing, video synchronization to transcript and war room support.

Trial Consulting: Mock Trials, focus groups, theme development and witness effectiveness training & evaluation.
