Hourly rates are billable in tenth hour increments and invoices are issued weekly.  Hourly rates are generally all inclusive of reasonable document related expenses such as printing, copying and scanning.

Trial Consultant/Senior Trial Paralegal (Keith):  $250/hr

Training on most software (Keith):  $250/hr

CJA Technologist Rate (Keith): $125/hr

Trial Consultant/Trial Paralegal (Amanda): $150/hr

CJA Trial Paralegal Rate (Amanda): $90/hr

Transcript Synchronization (ASCII to Audio or Video):  $75/video hr

Copy/print project: $0.15 per page
