Trial Paralegal/Support: Attending hearings and pre-trial conferences and taking notes, drafting pleadings and/or responses, attending client and witness meetings and taking notes, creating and maintaining exhibit lists, redacting PDFs, adding electronic trial exhibit stamps, Bates stamping/labeling, creating trial notebooks, creating exhibit binders and folders, war room set up/break down, courtroom set up/break down, assisting with Voir Dire selection, reviewing/researching and compiling juror data from juror questionnaires, serve as a sounding board for opening statements and closing arguments, revising outlines, prepping witnesses, scheduling witnesses, observing juror responses and taking trial notes, tracking admitted exhibits during trial. Acts as the liaison between the trial team and internal/external third parties by coordinating with court reporter for daily rough drafts and final transcripts, confer with law clerk on daily admitted exhibits, reconcile admitted exhibit list with opposing counsel prior to submission to the jury, coordinating daily delivery of trial materials to and from the courthouse, and coordinating snacks/lunches for trial team.

Demonstrative Exhibits: Design and creation of demonstrative exhibits both electronically and in hard copy. Poster boards, mock-ups, 3D modeling, 4D modeling, overlays and anything else that can be used to demonstrate and present evidence in a convincing manner.
